Caroline loves dressage and hacking and is currently enjoying the process of watching her young coloured mare, whom she bred herself, being backed and ridden away.  She can't wait to get in the saddle and enjoy riding "India" herself!  Here she is pictured with India's mum, Jaz.

Angie was brought up with horses on her parents' mixed farm, in North Yorkshire, where she always enjoyed breaking in and schooling young horses and competing in local events.  She subsequently spent several years grooming for National and International Showjumpers.  

August 2017 brings a new challenge in the form of a four-year-old Irish Draught x Thoroughbred mare, called Penny, who Angie hopes will become a good alrounder on whom she can enjoy competing locally.

Simon's main interest is flat racing and he used to ride out for trainers in Newmarket.  He is also keenly involved with his father, Paul's, Petches Farm Stud.  Here he is pictured with Baileys' ex-racehorse, Baileys En Premier, aka "Cracker", whose progress he is watching with interest as he embarks on a change of career with Marketing Manager, Jane Buchan!

Judy's main interest is racing and Thoroughbred breeding and supporting her son David, who rides as an amatuer jockey.  Although she now has no horses of her own, she takes particular pleasure in her Zwartbles, white-faced black sheep!

Mark used to ride in point-to-points but now enjoys hacking, jumping and hunting his ex-pointer, Bisto.  He is also a very able event groom and lorry driver and supports wife and Marketing Manager, Jane, on competition days.

Graham has owned his horse, Sapphire, from a 3 year old. Now 18, they spend most of their time hacking and practising horse archery.  Graham has been in involved in recreating aspects of historical riding for many years; anything from Roman cavalry displays through to English Civil War battles.

Catherine is a keen rider and has just started loaning an ex-racehorse with whom she plans to do some dressage.

Claire currently has two Connemaras who she shows successfully under saddle, with the ambition of riding at least one of them at HOYS.  She loves the glamour of showing and is also training as a judge.

Jenny is not a rider but loves the outdoors and caring for her two Bichon Frise dogs.

Lorna has been a top level polo and event groom and spends much of days helping riders, from grassroots to International level, to fine tune their horses' diets.

Henrietta used to enjoy hacking and unaffiliated showing and jumping with her horses but is currently horseless, with wire-haired Dachshund, Yogi, taking much of her affection.

Emma no longer has her own horse but used to enjoy all riding club activities with a mare whom she shared with her mum.

Liz has owned Duke (Dukeofganymede) since he was a foal and enjoys all the fitness work and training involved in preparing him for eventing which he has done, with Marketing Manager, Jane Buchan, up to Intermediate level.  

Jaz grew up with horses and used to enjoy jumping and other unaffiliated activities with her current horse, Monty, although he's now limited to hacking due to an old injury.

"Minty" enjoys riding her father's polo ponies and, when she can, takes them on longer distance pleasure rides or to the beach for a good gallop!

Jane oversees advertising planning and writes much of the product and advice literature, as well as web content, and helps produce nutritional advice and product videos for social media.  Jane is a keen event rider and enjoys competing her horse, JTH Love, aka "Buddy", who's currently at Novice level.

Sophie looks after all Baileys' social media and the web site and spends much of her time out with members of the Field Sales team, gathering content.  In her spare time, she loves going for long walks with her little dog, Dora, and riding out for a local event rider.

Christelle enjoys hacking and training Ben to compete in local dressage competitions.

Paul co-founded Baileys with George Knowles and his passion is for breeding Thoroughbreds for flat racing, on his Petches Farm Stud.  Here he is pictured with the late "Mister Baileys", whom he spotted as a yearling and bought to run on the flat for Baileys.  Mister Baileys won the 2000 Guineas in 1994 and retired to stud shortly after.  He then spent his twilight years with Paul at Petches.

George co-founded Baileys with Paul Venner and his passion has always been for polo.  He has a number of ponies which he plays in both arena and low goal polo throughout the year.

Lorry has studied equine behaviour and enjoys hacking her two coloured mares.  She is also a member of a Civil War Re-enactment group, which involves "battling" on a variety of mounts.

Jo grew up around horses on Petches Farm Stud but is sadly allergic to them.  Even Ruby, his Portuguese Water Dog, is hypoallergenic!
